Bailey's Lawn Care

About Bailey's Lawn Care

The old rail line still runs straight through Wellford, and a freight horn past the crossing is the town's usual afternoon punctuation. Bailey's Lawn Care keeps the yards on both sides of it — mowing, trimming, edging along drives and curbing, then clearing the cut grass off the pavement so none of it tracks indoors. Piedmont summers ask a great deal of a lawn and of whoever cuts it, and the answer is simply arriving on the day you said you would. There is pride in a straight boundary between turf and concrete, sharp enough to run a finger down. The route reaches from Wellford out to Lyman, Startex, Duncan and Spartanburg.
