The Yard Barber

About The Yard Barber

The name is a promise about lines. The Yard Barber cuts Union lawns the way a barber works — even length across the top, sharp edges at the walk, close and clean around every post, mailbox and foundation, then everything swept off the concrete. Union County's rolling ground and clay soil make a level cut something you earn rather than something you set once. There is a moment at the end of a job, standing out at the street with the blower still ticking as it cools, when the whole yard finally looks intentional. Union, Buffalo, Jonesville and Carlisle all sit inside the route.
