About Universal Lawn and Floor LLC

For about three weeks each spring the Upstate turns yellow — pine pollen on the cars, on the porch rails, on every blade of grass in Taylors. Universal Lawn and Floor LLC works straight through it: mowing, edging, trimming, blow-off, bed cleanup, and mulch once the first hard rain washes the worst of it away. After that the growing season runs long and hot, and the route settles into its weekly cadence. A property kept up through a Taylors summer never looks like it took any effort, which is precisely the trick. Taylors, Greer, Greenville and the nearby Upstate.
