About Kaliway Landscaping LLC

The stretch from a driveway to a front door is short, but it's the piece of a yard people actually walk through. Making it good is the craft: bed lines cut with a real curve to them, shrubs set at a spacing that still works in three years, mulch or pine straw laid even, the turf beside it mowed and edged so nothing blurs together. Out around Cane Bay and Nexton the yards are young and the ground is sandy, which means beds built with intention pay off fast. Summerville's growing stretch is long enough that a planting put in right settles in within a year. After that it's upkeep — trimming, weeding, refreshing the straw — and the front of the house stays worth walking up to.
