Blank Canvas Landscaping

About Blank Canvas Landscaping

February in Summerville hands you a yard at its plainest — dormant turf gone tan, beds flattened, the whole thing waiting. That blank stretch is the fun part. Bed lines get drawn fresh, shrubs and plantings go in where they'll actually have room, mulch or pine straw finishes the edges, and mowing and trimming keep it all in bounds once the growing starts. By the time the dogwoods break open around town, a yard shaped in winter is already ahead of the season. Sandy Dorchester County ground rewards a plan, and a yard that started as nothing is the most satisfying kind to drive past in May.
