Worker B's Lawn Care

About Worker B's Lawn Care

Evening comes on slowly in Spartanburg at midsummer: cicadas start up, walkers drift onto the rail trail, and the day's last mowing turns from labor into something close to pleasant. Worker B's Lawn Care keeps the yards in that part of town — in-town lots with old shrubs and narrow side strips, the sort of place where the trimmer matters as much as the mower. Mow, edge, trim tight to the foundation and the fence, then take the drive and the front walk down to clean concrete. A small yard finished all the way to its edges reads better than a big one done in a hurry, and anyone who has stood back and looked knows the difference. Then the light goes copper over the pines and the whole block looks like a block that is cared for.
