About Total Care Property Services LLC

March along the old mill streets is all promise: dogwoods coming on white, the village lawns waking up ragged after a wet Piedmont winter. Total Care Property Services LLC opens the year there and in the blocks around it, with the first cut of the season and the cleanup that has to come with it — winter litter cleared, bed lines and fence rows trimmed back, edges cut fresh against the walks until the whole property snaps into focus. One good spring cleanup changes how a house reads from the road more than anything else done all year. After that it is week-after-week work through the long green middle of a Spartanburg summer and on into the leaves. The reward shows up at the curb: a place that plainly has someone looking after it.
