About Spartan Lawn Service

Spartanburg took its name from a militia regiment, and the word has clung to nearly everything in the county ever since. Spartan Lawn Service carries it out to the yards themselves, cutting and edging Upstate lawns with the kind of straight-line discipline that shows best in crisp autumn light. October here dries the air out, thins the shade and makes every border on a property visible from the street. So the edges get run true, the trimming goes tight, and the leaves come off the turf instead of being mown into it. A lawn kept in that order looks settled — like the house behind it is being paid attention to.
