About Floyd Tree Care

October around Sardis smells like dust and diesel, combines working late in the beans, pecans starting to drop along the ditch banks. Floyd Tree Care fits into that season the way it has to — removing a hardwood before it can come down on a barn, trimming limbs that hang into equipment lanes, pruning yard trees while the sap is settling. Storms in this flat country arrive with nothing in their way, and when one leaves a mess in a farmyard the clearing starts at the gate and works inward. The finish matters as much as the felling: brush hauled off, cuts flush, tin roof clear, tractor path open. Sardis, Timmonsville, Darlington, Lydia and Hartsville are all inside a short drive.
