Transformed Landscapes

About Transformed Landscapes

Late March in Piedmont is a two-week show — redbuds first along the tree line, dogwoods a beat behind, and every yard suddenly asking to be brought back into shape. Transformed Landscapes works the before and after of that: overgrown beds cut back and remulched, shrubs reshaped, edges recut so lawn and planting stop blurring into one another. Weekly mowing, trimming and blow-downs then keep the change from sliding backward once it has been made. Upstate clay will grow anything you let it, which is both the problem and the opportunity. There is nothing quite like standing at the curb afterward and seeing a property look like a decision instead of an accident.
