Franks Mowing Service

About Franks Mowing Service

Fog comes up off the Savannah in early fall and lies low over the bottoms until the sun burns through, and by then the first yards of the day are already cut. Franks Mowing Service does the plain, necessary thing well across North Augusta — mow the lawn, trim what the mower cannot reach, edge the walk, clear the drive. No more than that and nothing less, on a schedule that holds through the growing months. Dew on the boots at seven, dust on the truck by two, and a row of yards behind you all standing the same clean height. Grass grows long here and it grows fast; keeping ahead of it is most of the craft.
