Minick’s Lawn Care

About Minick’s Lawn Care

Newberry's ground is red clay, and after a rain it shows the color of the whole Piedmont in every tire track and bare patch. Minick's Lawn Care works with that soil instead of against it — mowing at a height that lets the turf shade its own roots, trimming and edging clean, mulching beds so the clay does not crust and run. Weekly cuts carry a yard through the hot months, and leaf cleanup carries it into the cool ones. Shrubs are trimmed back to a shape that holds. Nothing complicated about it: grass green, edges true, red ground covered where it ought to be.
