About Shane's Services, LLC

Lockhart grew up around the shoals of the Broad River, where the canal still runs past the old mill and the water noise carries up into the village on a still evening. Shane's Services, LLC keeps the grass and beds of that town — mowing, edging, trimming and clearing out whatever a Union County summer piles into a yard. The lots roll a little, the way upstate land does, so a good cut means reading the ground as much as running the machine. In the fall the hardwoods along the river let go all at once and the hauling begins in earnest. Nothing beats coming off a hillside yard and looking back at it even, the stripes true, the walk edged clean to the steps.
