Bryan's Lawn Maintenance

About Bryan's Lawn Maintenance

Little Mountain is named for the rise that stands over it, a granite knob in the Newberry County farmland with the town gathered at its foot. Bryan's Lawn Maintenance keeps the yards along those streets and out the roads toward Lake Murray, mowing on a steady schedule, edging walks, trimming everything the mower cannot reach. On a clear morning in early summer the whole slope goes green at once, and a lawn cut that day carries an order to it that is plainly satisfying. The midlands season runs long, so the routine holds from March through the last warm week of October. Then come the leaves, and the cleanups, and a village that looks swept before the cold arrives.
