About KDs Lawn Service, LLC

October in the Pee Dee smells like turned earth, sweet potato rows opening up outside town while the yards inside it slow down and begin dropping leaves. KDs Lawn Service, LLC follows that turn: mowing intervals stretch, the blowers come out, and cleanup becomes the main event of the week. Around Lake City the land hides nothing, so a lawn is visible from a long way off across flat farm country, and so is the care put into it. The work is mowing, trimming, edging and seasonal cleanup, done in the order a yard actually needs rather than the order that is convenient. By the time the first real cold slides down from the north, the beds are cleared and the grass is short enough to rest.
