About James Landscapes LLC

Joanna still keeps the shape of a mill village — a grid of short streets, a church on the corner, yards that all know each other's fences — and in winter the afternoon light goes amber early across them. James Landscapes LLC works Laurens County through the whole calendar: mowing, edging, trimming, and hauling off the clippings and leaves that gather in the corners. There's a quiet pride in a village lawn kept even, where the eye can run from one yard to the next without catching on anything. The Enoree isn't far and the national forest is closer still, and between the two the town keeps its grass in order. Nothing about that changes much, which is exactly its appeal.
