About ARBORWORKS TREE COMPANY ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST

A tree tells on itself if you look long enough — a thin place in the crown, bark that has stopped closing, a fork that spreads a little further every summer. ARBORWORKS TREE COMPANY ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST reads Hartsville's trees that way, from the shaded streets near town to the old hardwoods along the bluff walks at Kalmia Gardens: tree care and pruning first, tree health looked at plainly, removal when a tree is past holding on. Cuts go where a tree can seal them, so a pruned crown ends up looking like it grew that way rather than like it was cut back. Storms out of the Pee Dee will find whatever was left weak, which is a fair argument for reading a tree before the wind does. Hartsville, Darlington, Lydia and the roads around Prestwood Lake are all a short drive.
