Trimly

About Trimly

Evening on the Swamp Rabbit Trail: bikes rolling south toward the city, the light gone long and amber over the yards that back onto the greenway between Greenville and Travelers Rest. Trimly works that last good hour — mower first, then the detail work, the string trimmer around mailbox posts and fence pickets and the base of every tree, because that is where a lawn either looks kept or doesn't. Edges are cut in along drives and walkways until they hold a line. Drives get blown clean; beds get mulched; hedges come back off the windows. A yard finished at dusk is its own particular satisfaction, the stripes still showing when the porch light clicks on.
