Andy's Lawn Services

About Andy's Lawn Services

Morning comes up off the Sampit slow and silver, and Georgetown grass holds its dew until the sun gets over the rooftops. Andy's Lawn Services works that early window, when the air is still cool enough to move in and every blade cuts clean. Mowing, edging, string trimming, and hauling off the clippings — the whole ordinary liturgy of a yard kept right. By the time the heat presses down there is a lawn behind them with straight passes and a hard, tidy border along the walk. It is a small thing and it isn't: a yard that looks cared for tells a street something.
