Trimwell Lawn Care

About Trimwell Lawn Care

In Cherokee County the morning arrives over the peach rows first, then over Gaffney's roofs, and by then Trimwell Lawn Care is already out with the mower running. Red clay and a June rain will push grass up fast here, and the answer is a steady deck, a close trim around the posts and porch steps, and an edge cut clean where the walk meets the yard. They work the streets under the big painted peach on the water tower and out along the county roads toward the Broad River, hauling the clippings off so a lawn reads as finished rather than merely shortened. When the pin oaks let go in the fall and the yards go gold and knee-deep, they clear the leaves back down to green. It is ordinary work done attentively, and it shows from the road at twenty-five miles an hour.
