About Dowdle N Son's Lawn Care Services

Gaffney's mill streets were laid out short and close, house to house, and those small front yards ask for a careful hand — no room to swing wide, everything visible from the sidewalk. Dowdle N Son's Lawn Care Services works that kind of ground as readily as a half acre out past the city limits: mowing tight to the porch steps, trimming around clotheslines poles and stoops, edging the little strip between walk and grass until it looks drawn. Evening is a good time for it, when the light goes long and gold down the row and somebody is always out on a porch. A cut yard changes how a whole block feels. That is a modest thing to be proud of, and it is worth doing right every week.
