Jackson & Branch Lawn Care & Services

About Jackson & Branch Lawn Care & Services

The sandhills around Fort Jackson give a little underfoot — pale, gritty soil that drains almost as fast as the rain falls, with pines standing tall and thin above it. Jackson & Branch Lawn Care & Services starts early here, while the sand is still cool and the mower leaves a crisp stripe instead of a scuff. Mowing sets the height, edging carves the border along the drive, and trimming picks up every corner and post the deck has to leave. Clippings are cleared and the walkways blown down so the finished yard reads clean from the street. In this soil a lawn takes attention to hold its line, and holding that line is the whole satisfaction of the job.
