About Ward's Lawn Service & Landscaping LLC

October in the Pee Dee turns the fields out toward Effingham white with cotton, the mornings finally cool, the river bottoms holding mist until the sun burns it off. Ward's Lawn Service & Landscaping LLC likes this stretch of the calendar, when the grass slows, the leaves begin to drop, and every yard wants one more even cut and a thorough clearing before the year turns over. A rake pulled through pine straw, corners emptied out, a lawn mown level: it changes how a whole house sits on its lot. Winters around Florence stay gentle enough that a yard is looked at all year, so the edging and trimming do not stop when the heat does. Pulling out of a driveway with the truck loaded and the place behind you looking settled is a plain and durable kind of pride.
