About Green Acres Turf Farms LLC

Southwest of Estill the land eases down toward the Salkehatchie, where cypress stand in still black water and the ground never quite dries out. Green Acres Turf Farms LLC keeps the yards above that bottomland on a mowing rhythm that stays ahead of Lowcountry growth instead of forever chasing it. Edging and trimming do the shaping — around mailboxes, around fence posts, along the lip of a roadside ditch where a mower deck can't reach. Clippings come up, hard surfaces get blown clear, and nothing about the finished yard suggests anybody was in a hurry. Later in the year the same route runs for leaves and storm-dropped debris, and the grass goes into its rest looking cared for.
