About Carolina Cuts Landscape Services

Late in the day, when the light over Elgin turns the color of sweet tea and the low ground toward Twenty Five Mile Creek begins to cool, a fresh-cut yard smells like the whole of summer at once. Carolina Cuts Landscape Services works those afternoon hours around Elgin — mowing, trimming, edging along drives and beds, and getting the clippings up before the dew comes. Yards out this way run from tight subdivision lots to a couple of acres with pines to steer around, and each one gets the same unhurried pass. The final sweep is the part worth staying for, when the concrete is bare and the turf sits level from fence to fence. Then it's back next week to do it again.
