About Marion Whaley Jr Landscaping

January on Edisto is mild and clear, the light thin and lovely, and it is the season for getting ahead of the year. Marion Whaley Jr Landscaping uses it well — cutting hedges and shrubs back, clearing beds, refreshing mulch, edging the oyster-shell drives and walks, and keeping the mower going through the warm spells the island always hands out. By March the grass is climbing again and everything is already shaped and ready to receive it. Through the long summer it turns into steady cutting, trimming and cleanup, week on week. A property kept in order all year never has to be rescued.
