About Southern Scapes Inc.

Late afternoon in the Upstate the sky stacks up over the Saluda, and by suppertime a thunderstorm has walked through Easley and left the whole town steaming. Grass loves that, which is why Southern Scapes Inc. plans around the rain instead of waiting on it. The work is mowing and trimming, edging beds and drives, keeping a yard even through the growing months and clearing it of leaves when the season turns. Fescue in the shade, bermuda where the sun sits all day — a lot on the ridges above the river often asks for both. There is a quiet satisfaction in a lawn that looks the same on Sunday evening as it did when the mower left on Friday.
