YardHub

About YardHub

January in Lexington is a muted month — dormant lawns the color of straw, bare hardwoods above the Icehouse Amphitheater, and a cold snap now and then that stiffens the ground out by the county museum. YardHub puts the season to use: cleanup, leaf and debris removal, edges recut along walks and drives so the beds have a shape to grow back into. Then Midlands spring shows up all at once in April, and the mowing, trimming and clearing settle into a weekly cadence that runs clear to Thanksgiving. There is something steady in tending the same yards across a whole turning year in one town. Every visit closes the same way: clippings off the concrete, gate latched, a lawn that looks right from the road.
