Campbell Mowing

About Campbell Mowing

Fog settles in the low ground around Clover at first light and burns off in ribbons as the sun climbs over the pines. Campbell Mowing is usually already out in it, the first pass of the day cut into wet grass. Mowing, trimming around the posts and fence lines, edging the walk, then blowing the clippings back off the concrete — done in that order, done every week. The reward comes at the end of the street, when you look back and the yards read as one long even sweep of green. Some mornings that is enough to carry the whole afternoon.
