About Lawn Ranger

Early at Cheraw State Park the mist lies on Lake Juniper and the longleaf pines stand quiet before the day warms. Lawn Ranger mows, edges and trims yards in Cheraw and the towns close by, working from those first cool hours on into the afternoon. Sandhills soil is loose and quick-draining, so grass here does best when it is cut often enough to stay dense rather than stretched. Each visit finishes with the borders defined, trimming taken around mailboxes and beds, and the cuttings cleared from the curb. There is plain satisfaction in a lawn that looks like somebody cared about the last ten feet as much as the first.
