Mullinax Tree Service

About Mullinax Tree Service

Central got its name from the railroad, and the line still splits the town the way it always has, freight rolling through at dusk while the pines along Twelve Mile hold the last of the light. Mullinax Tree Service works the yards on both sides of those tracks and out toward the Hartwell coves, taking down what has outgrown its spot, trimming crowns that crowd a roof, pruning young hardwoods so their shape holds up once they get tall. Upstate storms come off the foothills with almost no warning, and when one drops a limb across a drive it gets cut out, chipped and carried off. Afterward it is quiet, the sky a little wider, everything squared away. Central, Clemson, Six Mile, Liberty and the roads around Lake Hartwell.
