About Palmetto Creek Property Maintenance, LLC

Congaree Creek slips through the low ground south of Cayce under cypress and gum, and the humidity it throws off in late August makes everything grow twice as fast as anyone wants. Palmetto Creek Property Maintenance, LLC keeps properties from losing that argument — mowing on a steady cycle, cutting back the edges where the woods lean in, clearing debris off walks and drives. Some places need a full reset before the routine can start, and that first cut is the most dramatic hour of the week. After it, everything is upkeep, which is the part that actually holds. The creek will keep pushing green up to the property line; that is simply the arrangement.
