About Native Roots Services

Palmetto, wax myrtle and muhly grass grow on the sandy ridge behind the dunes at Hunting Island without anyone asking them to, which is a useful lesson for a yard. Native Roots Services builds on it with mowing and trimming, bed preparation and planting, mulching, pruning, weed control, and clearing overgrowth so the good things have room. Ground out this way drains fast and takes salt wind, so plants that already belong tend to settle in and stay. There is quiet reward in a landscape that grows easier to keep every year. St. Helena, Lady's Island and Beaufort proper all have room for that approach.
