About Brenda Anthony Lawn Care

Aiken laid its streets out wide enough for a carriage to turn and then left grass down the middle — Park, Colleton, Richland, long green parkways with crape myrtles that go pink and white straight through the worst of July. Brenda Anthony Lawn Care tends the lawns on either side of those medians and out into the neighborhoods beyond: mowing, edging, string trimming, and a clean sweep of the walks once the cutting is done. Saturday morning is the good hour, cool for another two hours yet, the town still mostly asleep. Grass grows hard here from April to October, and a skipped week shows immediately, so the schedule itself becomes the craft. Handing a yard back trimmed tight to every walk and drive is the whole point of the day.
