Ortiz Outdoor works those lots street by street — mowing and edging until a lawn sits square inside its borders, laying seasonal treatments, setting plantings and designs into the clay-heavy yards of homes and business properties across the valley. Winter turns the same ground into a different problem, and the crew answers it with plows and shovels on driveways, walkways, entryways and parking lots, so a place is open and dark-paved by the time the first car backs out.
