By late March the ospreys are back over Trustom Pond and the meadows south of town go from tan to green in about two weeks. Nature Redesigned Landscaping works both ends of that swing in South Kingstown — mowing, trimming and edging all through the growing season, cleanups in spring and fall, and plowing, shoveling and salting once the year turns hard. Winters this close to the shore are often more wind than accumulation, so the job becomes as much about drifting and refreeze as it is about depth. A lawn kept even all summer and a walkway kept bare all winter are the same promise made twice.
