About Joshua Services LLC

The Kickemuit freezes at the edges first, a rim of gray ice creeping out from the reeds while the middle keeps moving. Joshua Services LLC is on the Warren roads on those nights, running the plow from Metacom Avenue down into the neighborhoods, opening driveways and cutting walks clear. Storms come up the bay here carrying a lot of moisture, heavy stuff that leans on a shovel and laughs at it. Getting ahead of it — a first pass while it is still falling, a second at the tail — is what keeps a driveway usable rather than merely dug. There is a good silence at four in the morning in a town where every drive on your list is already open.
