South County Property Maintenance

About South County Property Maintenance

The wand comes on at a low hum, and a winter's worth of salt haze lifts off the siding in one clean stripe, then another, until the whole wall remembers its color. South County Property Maintenance works the shingled edge of South Kingstown — Wakefield's mill-brick corners, the cedar-gray houses out toward Matunuck and Green Hill where the fog leaves its film on everything it touches. Residential and commercial power washing, driveways, decks and patios, roofs and gutters: every pass is walked to the seam, so nothing shows where the work stopped and the weather began. When the cold turns the coast quiet, the same attention goes to snow removal — a drive opened before the light is, pavement dark and honest under a sky still making up its mind. Warwick, Cranston, Coventry, Narragansett, North Kingstown, Jamestown, Charlestown, Westerly, West Warwick, Exeter and Saunderstown all get that same steady hand.
