About Not Your Average Dad’s Lawn and Landscaping Services

Every dad in Portsmouth has a theory about mowing, usually delivered from a lawn chair. Not Your Average Dad’s Lawn and Landscaping Services skips the theorizing and does the work, mowing, trimming and keeping up lawns on the north end of Aquidneck Island. Late afternoon is golden hour here, when the sun slides west over the water and the towers of the Mount Hope Bridge catch the last warm light. That is exactly when a good cut shows off — rows laid straight as a ruler, borders pencil-sharp, nothing left to fuss over. Hand the mower off, and give Saturday back to the hammock.
