About Theroux Property Services

On Pawtucket's close-set streets, where triple-deckers stand shoulder to shoulder and narrow dooryards run down to granite curb and low stone wall, there isn't a square foot of ground that goes unnoticed. Theroux Property Services works those tight margins — hauling off junk, clearing out properties room by room, raking a yard back to bare ground, tending landscaping and grounds, and running the pressure washer until the siding and the front walk remember what color they were. Come winter, they are out in the dark on the Blackstone valley's short steep roads, pushing snow and ice off drives and lots before the first light comes up over the river and the old mills. What they leave behind is plain and deeply satisfying: a lot swept clean, a fresh line striped across the asphalt, a property standing open and ready for whoever walks in next.
