About CJC Snowplows

Fruit Hill rises above the rest of North Providence, and every grade on it turns serious the night a storm sets in. That is when CJC Snowplows is out — headlights swinging through falling snow, the town narrowed to the twenty feet in front of the blade. Driveways, private roads and lots get pushed back to their edges so that morning can arrive on schedule for everybody else. Snow removal is work done in the dark: no one watches it happen, and everyone notices when it's done. By the time North Providence starts its coffee, the routes are open and the trucks are turning for home.
