Sakonnet Lawn Care

About Sakonnet Lawn Care

There is a week in Little Compton when the hayfields go from gold to grey almost overnight, and the work turns with the light — mowers put up, plow blades hung, the same trucks out on the same stone-walled lanes. Sakonnet Lawn Care is a full service landscape company working these fields and shore roads: design, installation and maintenance, weekly lawn care through the green months, tree and shrub trimming, lawn repair and treatment, hardscape, and the hauling off of everything a season leaves behind. When winter closes in they clear the snow, driveways opened before the first grey comes up off the Sakonnet. What they leave is plain from the road — a lawn edged true against old granite, a hedge trimmed to a clean line, a yard that holds its season instead of surrendering to it.
