About KGM Property Services

Out along Phenix Avenue the roads run past old orchard land toward the Scituate line, and snow drifts differently there than it does down in the neighborhoods. KGM Property Services covers that ground — long country driveways, tight dooryards, and the parking areas that have to be open before the doors are. The work is plowing, shoveling out walks and steps, and putting salt or sand where the grade wants to send a car sideways. A storm in this part of Cranston can turn to rain and back again in a single night, so the route gets run more than once. Nothing announces the job better than a driveway already clear when the porch light comes on.
