About Woodie Goodie's LLC

Morning in Coventry arrives slow off the water — mist standing over the Flat River Reservoir, sun coming late over the western hills, dew heavy enough to darken a boot — and Woodie Goodie's LLC reads that light the way other people read a clock, waiting for the grass to dry before the first pass. This is lawn care in a town that runs from the old mill streets of Anthony and Quidnick all the way out to the stone walls and oak shade of Greene, and every yard along that stretch asks for something a little different. The pleasure of it is plain and physical: the striped sweep of a cut lawn cooling in the afternoon, the crisp edge laid down along a walk, the clean line where turf stops and mulch begins. Come evening the mower sound is gone and what's left is a yard that simply looks cared for — the sort of quiet, well-kept green that makes a whole street feel tended.
