About Briggs Property Management LLC

The South Branch of the Pawtuxet drops over the dam at Anthony, and the sound of it carries up the street past the old mill and the houses that grew up around it. Briggs Property Management LLC looks after grounds in that part of Coventry and beyond — mowing on a steady cycle, trimming close to walls and posts, edging the walks that people actually use. Autumn brings the leaf work along the river streets, where the canopy is old and generous and lets go of everything at once. Winter brings the plow and the shovel, drives pushed back and paths opened so a morning starts on time instead of in a snowbank. Grounds kept up week after week are the ones nobody has to think about, and that is the whole idea.
