AMD Pools & Patios

About AMD Pools & Patios

Come January, Tiogue Lake sets hard and pewter under a low sky, and the work at AMD Pools & Patios turns from water to weather. Trucks are out before the streetlights quit, driveways opened wide enough to back a car out without thinking about it, walkways salted down to bare surface. There is a particular pleasure in the second pass — the one that squares the corners and pushes the banks back so the next storm has somewhere to go. Patios and pool decks around Coventry vanish under drifts quickly, and clearing them keeps ice from setting into the joints. Winter in this town runs long, and an open driveway makes it shorter.
