About DaPonte's Landscaping Services

Early on a Bristol morning, before the light has finished crossing Narragansett Bay, the trucks are already loading — mowers for one route, stone and pavers for another, a plow blade waiting on its bracket for the season that will want it. DaPonte's Landscaping Services works the Greater East Bay, keeping grounds mowed and plant beds mulched and weeded, gardens tended through spring and fall cleanups, hedges pruned back to a line you can see from the road. There is masonry, too: natural stone and pavers set into walkways and patios, retaining and field stone walls that answer the old ones already threading these harbor-side yards and woods. Heavier days belong to the machines — land clearing, grading, excavation, utility and septic installation, the patient shaping of raw ground long before anything green goes into it. And when the harbor turns slate and the wind comes hard off Mount Hope, winter maintenance keeps the drives and walks open until the grass comes back.
