Midsummer on the Warren River side of town, the heat sits perfectly still by two in the afternoon and the grass keeps growing regardless. Warwick RI grass mowing takes it on: cutting, string trimming the fence lines and mailbox posts, edging the walk, blowing the clippings off before pulling away. Down toward Tyler Point the lots run out to water and the wind finally shows up; back in the middle of town it is shade, surface roots and tight corners instead. Cleanups bookend the year, one in spring to open it and one in fall to move the leaves. Barrington and the surrounding towns are where the mower runs.
