Ryan's Landscape

About Ryan's Landscape

At the town beach the water goes glassy in the late-day calm of August, and half of Barrington seems to be outdoors at once. Ryan's Landscape keeps the lawns on the streets behind it mowed, trimmed and edged through the warm months, then turns to plowing, shoveling and de-icing when the year swings the other way. Grass near the shore grows in fits — a wet spell puts on an inch overnight, a dry August week barely moves it — so the schedule follows the lawn rather than the calendar. Cleanups in spring and fall take away whatever each season leaves lying on the turf. Twelve months of attention in one town, and the yards show it.
