About Northwoods Outdoor Design

Snow comes down on the ballfields at Veterans Memorial Park with nothing to interrupt it, and by midnight all of Barrington reads as one smooth white field. Northwoods Outdoor Design goes out into that — plowing driveways and parking areas, clearing walkways and steps, cutting a path from door to car before the day starts asking questions. Ice is the real adversary in an East Bay winter, so salting and sanding follow the plow anywhere the ground holds a glaze. Storms that stall over Narragansett Bay can double their totals overnight, which means coming back around a second and a third time. The reward is a whole street of open drives at sunrise, steam lifting off dark asphalt.
